There is no specific audit committee within ContextVision. To comply with the rules of the Swedish Companies Act, the company has chosen to let the Board as a whole perform the tasks required of the Audit Committee.
Remuneration Committee
There is no specific remuneration committee within ContextVision. To comply with the rules of the Swedish Companies Act, the company has chosen to let the Board as a whole perform the tasks required of the Remuneration Committee. This incudes offering its senior management competitive remuneration based on current market standards, company, and individual performance.
The remuneration shall ensure that the senior management and shareholders share common interest, and it shall consist of a basic fixed salary, a short-term variable salary and a long-term variable salary.
